Mini Pilot Toilet Tank Repair Kit

Installation instructions for Mini Pilot Fill Valve:
  1. Shut off water supply and drain tank.
  2. Use sponge to remove excess water in tank.
  3. Remove old valve.
  4. Disassemble nut H, friction washer G, washer F and nut E from new re?ll valve – leaving washer C intact. 5. Place new refill valve through hole in bottom of tank. Note – washer C must remain on refill valve on inside of tank.
  5. Tighten nut E onto threaded shank D. Hand tighten nut H over washers G and F. Note: If using a flanged toilet supply tube, use old nut with friction washer G Washer F is not required. Warning: Do not use pipe thread compond on threaded shank D.
  6. Attach clip B onto refill tube and attach to overflow tube.
  7. Place other end of refill tube and attach to overflow tube.
  8. To adjust water level, turn the knob marked “ADJ” clockwise to raise water level, counter to lower. (One full turn will adjust water level approximately two inches.)

Note: This refill valve is not designed for use in one piece (low boy) type toilets.

IMPORTANT – These parts are designed for a hand-tight installation. Pipe thread compound should not be used.

Installation instructions for Flapper:
  1. Turn off water supply and flush to empty tank.
  2. Remove flapper or tank ball.
  3. Attach flapper to ears on flush valve.
  4. Adjust length of chain and attach chain to flush lever. Note: Allow slight amount of play in chain.
  5. Turn on water and flush to test.
