Saddle Valve Inlet 1/2"-3/4" pipe or tubing Outlet 1/4"O.D.

Instructions:
  1. Turn off water supply.
  2. Place valve at desired point on tube and tighten clamp.
  3. Be sure clamping screws are tightened firmly.
  4. Turn handle of saddle valve until it pierces tube. Keep valve closed.
  5. Remove compression nut and sleeve from valve and place on 1/4 O.D. tube. Use brass sleeve for copper tubing. Use plastic sleeve and stiffener for plastic tubing.
  6. Thread nut to saddle valve, thereby attaching tubing. Tighten securely.
  7. Open saddle valve and turn on water supply.
  8. Check for possible leaks.
