Instructions:

1. Connect outlet hose to Air Gap while leaving other end loose. Connect dishwasher discharge hose to Air Gap. Be sure not to kink hoses.
2. Insert Air Gap threaded neck through hole above deck about 1/2". Use nut to adjust height if needed.
3. Connect Air Gap outlet hose to disposer or to branch tailpiece above waste water level of sink trap. Avoid low spots which could trap water.To complete installation, install top washer and nut. Slip on cap with relief opening facing wall.

Note: Outlet branch may be shortened at "A" if desired, by cutting below flange.
