The Adjustable Continuous Waste End Outlet with Sanitary Baffle Tee is for installation in a double bowl sink drain system where the outlet drain is aligned directly under one sink. Recommended procedure for installation Slip joint connection
NOTE: Discard two nuts and the two small inserts.
  1. Turn off water at the tap.
  2. Put nuts A and washers B on strainer tailpieces.
  3. Adjust length of waste by moving arm to desired position.
  4. Place nut and washer from J Bend onto tee.
  5. Place end outlet waste in position. Tighten nuts by hand.
  6. Place rubber hose over branch on tee. Attach clamp and tighten.
  7. Run water to test for leaks.

NOTE: These parts are designed for a hand-tight installation. Pipe thread compound is not required
Recommended procedure for installation Direct connection
  1. Turn off water at the tap.
  2. Adjust length of waste by moving arm to desired position.
  3. Invert nuts A and drop short tailpiece inserts C into them.
  4. Place nuts D onto inserts C with washers.
  5. Join one insert assembly to the top of the tee and the other insert assembly to the waste arm.
  6. Place nut and washer from J Bend onto tailpiece.
  7. Put rubber washers B into top slip nuts. Place end outlet waste in position.
  8. Connect end outlet waste to sink strainers and tighten nuts by hand.
  9. Place rubber hose over branch on tee. Attach clamp and tighten.
  10. Run water to test for leaks.

NOTE: These parts are designed for a hand-tight installation. Pipe thread compound is not required. Installation hint: The End Outlet Waste may be installed directly to the threads of the strainer by using the extra nut and insert provided (Fig.2) or by slip joint connection attaching the tee to the tailpiece which is assembled to the strainer. (Fig.1). Match your existing installation.
