Solid Brass Work Horse Kitchen Sink Strainer Polished Chrome

Instructions:
  1. Turn water off at the tap.
  2. Remove old basket strainer
  3. Clean thoroughly around drain opening in sink
  4. Remove locknut A and washers B andC and bottomslip nut D and washer E
  5. Apply a small amount of putty evely around top hole in sink about 1/2" from opening.
  6. Slip large rubber and fiber washer up to sink. Thread locknut A up to washers and tighten.
  7. Put washer E on tailpiece extension. Connect tailpiece to strainer with slip nut D. Tighten to strainer. Run water to test for leaks.
